My 23rd Birthday

Yesterday I celebrated my 23rd birthday. It was okay. What made it special was of course.. the karaoke. Almost all the visitors were AIESECERs. I got several song dedications.. duhh it was my birthday so they didn't have any choice. hehe

I didn't know Francis could sing.. It was a revelation. hehehe. I cooked one dish and they all liked it.. (again, as if they had a choice). IT was a memorable birthday simply because it made me realize most of the amazing friends I have made, I have made in AIESEC.

I am 23 now and I still have a long way to go in life. It makes me think how magical every single day is. Now I crave for meaning in everything I do. Right now, there is still an AIESEC meeting ongoing, at my back. I realized, that life after AIESEC, is still with AIESEC. Simply because it seeps in to your being, you are slowly transformed. It does not matter if you no longer attend LC meetings or whatever, what matters most is the way your AIESEC values and learning guide you, in your new path in life.
